Lisa Drew is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Loom Strategy Group. She brings more than twenty-five years of experience helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

Lisa works at the intersection of strategy and communications by helping organizations align stakeholders, strengthen reputation, and move forward with purpose. In addition to consulting, her experience spans Fortune 100 companies, global nonprofits, faith-based institutions and public affairs.

As CEO, she ensures Loom’s work stays focused, aligned, and grounded in practical execution.

Life Outside of Loom

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys time with her husband, their two dogs, and their adult sons. You can often find her in the garden, working with flowers, or hiking in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She also stays actively involved in her community through church leadership and volunteer work with a children’s advocacy organization.
