Questions Asked Often
-
We help organizations get clear on their strategy, get their teams aligned, and communicate their work more effectively. Our focus is making sure the work actually moves forward, beyond just a strategy on paper.
-
We’re a boutique firm, so you work directly with senior advisors with no unnecessary layers.
Additionally, at Loom Strategy Group we don’t separate strategy, communications, and execution; we bring them together and stay involved to help move the work forward. That combination means you’re not left with a plan that sits on a shelf. Instead you have a partner helping you make real progress.
-
We work with purpose-driven businesses and start-ups, and nonprofit organizations. We have experience with clients ranging from small to mid-sized faith-based organizations or associations to fortune 50 companies. We’re often brought in when things are growing, changing, or just need to be clearer and easier to move forward.
-
With offices in the Chicago area and Indianapolis, we work with organizations across the Midwest, along with select clients nationally, including Nashville and New York.
In the Chicago area, we primarily partner with organizations across the suburbs, and surrounding communities. Our founders also bring personal and professional ties to Arlington Heights, Elmhurst and Mount Prospect, as well as connections across Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, and Indiana, which continue to shape our work.
-
Both. We help define the strategy and stay involved to help move the work forward by bringing the capacity and structure needed to turn ideas into action.
-
Yes. We’ve worked with nonprofit organizations and mission-based organizations of all sizes, from smaller teams with limited capacity to larger, more complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
We understand the realities nonprofits operate within, including tight resources, competing priorities, and the need to build alignment across teams. Because we’re a boutique firm, you work directly with senior advisors who focus on what you actually need while bringing experienced, practical support without the layers or overhead of a large consulting firm.
