Loom Strategy Group Announces Expanded Leadership Role for Co-Founder Megan Brunet

Mount Prospect, IL - Loom Strategy Group, a strategic advisory firm focused on helping purpose-driven organizations “grow for good” announced that Co-Founder Megan Brunet is increasing her leadership capacity within the firm.
Since co-founding Loom Strategy Group with Lisa Drew and Kristine Stelzer in January of 2026, Brunet has played a key role in shaping the firm’s vision, service offerings, and early client partnerships. With 25+ years across corporate, nonprofit, and advisory roles, Brunet is known for transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive alignment and meaningful progress.

The three founders first met through their work at Allstate Insurance Company, and built a strong professional foundation grounded in high standards, trust, and a shared commitment to doing meaningful work.
With this increased focus, Brunet will serve as Chief Growth Officer and continue to support Loom’s growing client portfolio while also maintaining select involvement in purpose-driven initiatives. This includes contributing to the development of communications capabilities at Saint Viator High School and continuing her role as a track coach in her local community, efforts that reflect her ongoing commitment to community and leadership beyond her professional work.
